The Moment That Started It
The idea for Keralablends began during a visit to a small town near Thiruvananthapuram,Kerala,India.
While observing a small coconut oil producer, we noticed something unusual — the oil looked slightly different from the perfectly clear bottles usually seen on retail shelves.
When we asked about it, the producer explained that he did not use chemical filtration or additives. Instead, he allowed the oil to rest naturally in steel drums so that sediments could settle on their own before bottling.
It was a simple, traditional method that relied on time and patience rather than processing.
We spoke with customers who had been buying from him for years and decided to try the oil ourselves. What we experienced matched exactly what they told us it felt authentic and natural.
That experience led to a simple question:
If such genuine products exist, why are they limited to small local markets?
Keralablends was created to help bring such products from small producers to more homes.
